Who Are The "Foundations" Courses For?

Do I need to know

photography basics before starting videography?

NO! BUT IT IS DEFINITELY HELPFUL

The Photo Foundations Course covers everything you need to know to get started with photography & Video Foundations Course does the same for videography.

However, the Video Foundations Course does build on the Photo Foundations Course since it's at the same location, uses similar compositions but with cinematic camera movement, etc.

If you are completely new and want to get the most knowledge & training, It will be helpful to go through the Photo Foundations Course first, then the Video Foundations Course. I designed it this way since that's the path most people take when they get into this industry!

Who Is the "Interiors With Flash" Course For?

This course is perfect for you...

• If you want to learn how to use off-camera flash for professional interior photography (which is allso great for other industries!)
• If you want to learn more about advanced editing tips & tricks (In Lightroom & Photoshop).
• If you want the skills to create the most repeatable, consistent results & have total creative control over your photos.
  
  We will be building on top of the Foundations Course in this one doing the same shoot but going in depth on my methods for shooting & editing with flash and utilizing composite photography!
  
  
  

*YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THE FOUNDATIONS COURSE FIRST IN ORDER TO DO THIS ONE. HOWEVER, THIS ONE ASSUMES YOU ARE AT LEAST FAMILIAR WITH COMPOSITION, CAMERA SETTINGS, AND OTHER BASIC PHOTO KNOWLEDGE.

Should I Get Both

Photo Courses?

Maybe.

Shooting with complicated flash techniques while learning the basics at the same time is a little bit too much to start out with in my opinion. That's why I created these courses building on each other (same location, same general compositions but with different techniques & goals) so that if you're new, by the time you work through both courses you'll be ready to go for whichever method of shooting you like best. The video course builds on those as well (same location but we're creating a video).

I think that starting out with HDR and mastering your

photography & editing basics first

then building off of that when you're ready (if you want to)

is the best route!

Personally, I use both methods (HDR + Flash) depending on the type of shoot and the specific shot (Although I almost always do Interior photos with flash).

Each method has their own strengths, so I think they're both worth learning if you want to be the ready for anything! They're also both great skills to use for most other professional photography industries.

Why Pay For A Course?

You definitely don't have to pay for these courses

in order to learn from me.
